GL-S10 Version
The GL-S10 is an IoT gateway device that supports BLE and Wi-Fi, providing a cost-effective solution for transmitting BLE broadcast data to the cloud. BLE supports GAP and GATT certification and can be used as either Master or Slave to connect and communicate with other BLE devices. GL-S10 can use Wi-Fi as a Station to connect to a parent route or can connect to the Internet through a WAN port. It has a built-in standard MQTT Client that can connect to any standard MQTT Servers to forward incoming BLE messages to the cloud server.
The GL-S10 is ideally deployed in warehouses, shopping malls, airports, exhibition halls, tourist attractions and other scenarios for personnel management, asset management, environmental monitoring, indoor navigation, etc.
APP installation
Download and install GL-S10 Tool App on your phone, turn on the Bluetooth function of your phone (For Android phone users, please turn on Bluetooth and GPS), and follow the instructions in this user manual to configure your GL-S10.
S10(ESPhome)Version
The Bluetooth IoT Gateway S10 ESP32 Configured with ESPHome is an excellent choice for creating a powerful home Bluetooth assistant.
1.ESP32-DOWD Chipset: The GL-S10 is powered by the ESP32-DOWD chipset, which integrates 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy). This chipset is known for its high RF performance, stability, versatility, and ultra-low power consumption, making it suitable for a wide variety of application scenarios.
2.Ethernet with PoE Support: It comes with an Ethernet port that supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), allowing for both data transmission and power supply through a single Ethernet cable. This feature simplifies cable management and is ideal for installations where power outlets are not readily available.
3.Compact Design: The device installs in a small box of 57x57x25mm (excluding the antenna), making it easy to place in different locations in your home.
4.Coverage: It covers up to 80 meters in an interference-free environment, providing a strong signal for connecting Bluetooth devices throughout the home.
5. Supports WAN : In addition to BLE and Wi-Fi, the S10 can connect to the Internet via a WAN port, providing multiple options for data transmission.
6.Expandability: The GL-S10 is designed to be expandable, with I2C ports preconfigured to the CLK and DAT pin holes on the PCB, allowing users to connect additional sensors and devices.
